Signing Up

Q: How do I sign-up for my free trial?

A: Head straight to salonscale.com and click the "Start My Free Trial" button and complete the sign up forms. If you have previously started your sign-up and need to complete it, head straight to app.salonscale.com/login and it will bring you to where you left off. 

Q: I’m trying to start an account and it says “email already exists”

A: To complete a sign up with an email address that already exists, go straight to app.salonscale.com and log in using that email address rather than creating an account. Once you have logged in, you will be brought to wherever you previously left off in our sign-up forms. Can’t remember your password? Select “forgot password” and it will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. 

Q: I didn’t receive a welcome email, or an email to reset my password. 

A: Sometimes spam filters can be a bit aggressive - make sure to check your “junk” or “spam” folders. Still can’t find it? Let us know at info@salonscale.com.

Q: How can I reactivate my account?

A: It’s great to have you back! If you head to app.salonscale.com/login and use your original username, you will be asked to re-choose a subscription and enter your billing details to re-activate.

Q: I chose the wrong subscription type and now I can’t go back. 

A: Chose the wrong account? No problem, send a quick note to our team at info@salonscale.com and we will reset your account to display the correct subscription type.

Q: Is SalonScale available outside of North America?

A: You bet! While we currently don't ship the physical scales internationally, the app is available globally as it is fully functional without the scale.
