Q: Where do I manage my account details?

A: Login to your account at app.salonscale.com/login 

Q: How do I upgrade my subscription?

    • Visit your Settings tab in your web dashboard at app.salonscale.com/settings
    • Select the “Subscription” tab 
    • Select the three dots “
    • Select “Change subscription” 
    • Select which subscription you want to upgrade to
    • Don’t see the option you are looking for? Contact us at info@salonscale.com

      Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

      A: We are sad to see you go! Make sure to take a look at a few options before cancelling your subscription.

      1. I wasn't able to use it: We understand running a salon can be busy and sometimes we need some more time - request a trial extension by emailing us here.
      2. You don't have a supported color brand: We can fix that! Request a custom brand build by emailing us here. 
      3. I didn't have time to get set up: Let us take that off your plate. Learn more about the Luxe Pass and how we can help get you set-up by clicking here.
      4. Too Expensive: We want to make sure we have an option for everyone to help them start making more profit with SalonScale. View our plan options by clicking here to find the one that works best for you.

      If these options aren't for you, while we are sad to see you go, we wish you all the best. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

      • Visit your Settings tab in your web dashboard at app.salonscale.com/settings
      • Select the “Subscription” tab 
      • Select the three dots “
      • Select “Cancel subscription” 
      • Once cancelled. you will be logged out of the web dashboard
